You need to work with a certified professional if you want to get results. Kickoff tests Spring Hill personal trainers and empowers them with education, tools, and technology to better serve you.
All trainers on Kickoff need to have an up-to-date personal training or strength and conditioning certification, or 4 year undergraduate equivalent.
We audit our coaches with their first few clients to check the quality of their communication, programming, and client feedback. Only coaches that meet our standards will continue to work with our clients.
Once a coach has passed the trial period, they work with their clients through the Kickoff app and communicate with them through daily text messages.
