Let your coach know what your favorite types of exercise are - whether you’re into HIIT, barre, yoga, weight training, running, swimming, rowing, bootcamp, hiking, biking, or anything else you can think of. Your coach will build your favorites into your plan.
Many of our trainers have advanced nutrition credentials. Your coach will start by asking you to share 1-2 days of what you eat. Then they’ll provide feedback on what you’re doing well and what you could improve on based on your goals. To help you improve, they’ll provide a daily meal plan and check in each day to find out how you’re doing. If you have any specific diets you’d like to follow (ie, intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, or other), they can help you with those too.
Yes! Your coach will text you daily on weekdays to provide feedback, get your input, adjust your plan, and keep you on track. But you can also text your coach anytime and he or she will get back to you ASAP.

You’ll see step-by-step demo videos for each move - along with tips on form from your coach - in every workout you do in our app. Your coach will also ask you to take videos of yourself and send them in for the more difficult moves,
If you have any questions, you can also comment in the app and your coach will get back to you. And your coach will encrouage you to use our alternative feature to replace anything you're not sure about.
