I have 8 years of experience training severe medical complications clients, olympic hopefulls, varsity and club athletes, and large numbers of general population. I have also been the state director for the NSCA for the past 2 years and have been responsible for managing and developing trainers for the past 6 years. I have a master's in Exercise Physiology and have competed at a high level of athletics myself in addition to giving presentations on Olympic weightlifting and concurrent training.
If it's raining or 50-60 then a great 7-mile run. My favorite lift is a full body strength day.
