I want to help my clients reach their goals through roads and avenues that are fun and empowering.
Dynamic warm-up -> heavy leg day -> evil treadmill finisher -> finally a nice long and calm stretch!

I like getting to the gym early so I can pretend it's mine. 5-6 am when everyone is still sleeping!
