My experience and my journey has taught me not only the basic workouts, but also the importance in mobility and stability and how you apply that to your daily workouts. I tell my clients my main focus is their form. Once they get their form down, we will build. I have had personal trainers myself in the past that have not fixed my form and are only in it for the money. I want to be that personal trainer that teaches my clients the best form and also teach them how to love FITNESS .
I love my strength training so I would say heavy lower body day.
I love making cauliflower wings and love snacking on rice cakes with almond butter !
Even though I enjoy food, I don't care for black olives.
