I am going through my own health journey, and I understand some of the problems and setbacks. I will be able to keep their hopes up and reassure them that we will see results. As someone who has struggled/struggling to lose the weight I know how hard it can be and will be able to reassure you if the results are slower than you want, while also making sure we don't push you too fast and injure you like I was hurt.
I love to just go on a run it really relaxes me or I'll go play disc golf to keep it light cardio
I really love making protein and fruit smoothies
I hate cauliflower and broccoli

In 12 months I managed to lose over 50 lbs while still eating the foods I love, just ate less sweats
