To know more about me and my philosophy on overall exercise and health, you have to workout with me. I truly believe eating healthy will never be as beneficial as eating right. Which is finding what works best for you and your body type. To coordinate certain foods/meals at certain times and to work on the body's weaknesses rather then plainly "exercising". Longevity is my priority so life is easier to live especially when age is a major culprit. The activity along with eating lifestyle helps burn fat, but the workouts keeps the body in the game. Mainly focusing on full flexibility/ ROM of your tendons and joints, it's like "yoga with weights". With the necessity for your body to be tested, it puts all the right pressure in all the right places. Thus keeping Longevity within the body. Major tip though, USE IT OR LOSE IT!
I don't use personal philosophy and opinions of mine to teach, I use proven to work routines and movements for all body types. Online information can be misleading and misinterpreted. Any initial start on a diet can have an effect on beginners, but it will never be helpful in the long run.
