I have tried pretty much every form of exercise that there is throughout my fitness career and to go along with that, I have the background knowledge, the "why" so to speak, when in comes to implementing certain exercises at various points in time. With that being said, I feel as though I can communicate this knowledge in a way that is easy to digest for someone that may not have a background in fitness.
My favorite workout is a big leg workout. There's nothing like moving some heavy weight on squats!
Pretty much any kind of fruit! They taste so delicious and are full of nutrients!
Oats by themselves! Without adding something like protein powder and fruit, they're very bland.

I used to play college baseball back in the day which initially got me into the gym!
