My passion for fitness and health stems from a desire to help people live healthy and active lifestyles without any of the BS misinformation that’s all over the internet. As a former college athlete, I found myself out of shape after my playing days ended, and I vowed to not only get back in shape, but to be in better shape than I was as an athlete. Even as a Division 1 college baseball player, fitness and nutrition were not priorities for me, and often confused me. After seeing the positive changes in my life that came from prioritizing myself and my fitness, I realized I wanted to help others as well. I believe all people should be active in some ways that’s fun for them, and in some ways that benefits them (oftentimes the two are mixed!) my ultimate goal is to help people gain fitness and nutritional wisdom each day, while enjoying themselves at the same time !
I am a passionate, well-spoken, and knowledgeable coach with great interpersonal skills. I care deeply about each and every one of my clients, to the point where I’ve even gone out of my way to pick up a client for a session when her car broke down. Free information is great, but you get exactly what you pay for. With me, I make fitness and nutrition fun, simple and most importantly, SUSTAINABLE. Fitness is a lifelong journey , not a short sprint.
