A client should train with me because I make the E in exercise look excellent. A client should train with me because as a trainer I go the extra mile for my clients. I say this because when it physical fitness I'm truly a nerd. I make sure that form, time under tension,tempo, rhythm etc is right. When training with me form and cool down the whole entire workout is set-up the right way and also fun as well.
My favorite go to workout is sprinting and running/bicep curling and last but not least lunges!!!
My favorite healthy I love the most is fish and asparagus with some ice cold Tea.
Healthy food I hate the most is squash and okra because of the texture lol .
