My Mission

My goal is to provide you with tools to take your health into your own hands. It's truly empowering yourself to be at your best. If you put in the effort then you will find success reaching your health goals, and I hope to educate you about health along the way. Fitness is not a quick journey, but really a lifestyle with countless benefits. It is my job to keep positivity along your journey and to be your helping hand when you're down. I have a background in powerlifting and have constantly battled injuries along the way, but that hasn't stopped me from pursuing my own goals to be the best I can be when it comes time to compete. I find the love in getting better day by day, even after the bad days at the gym, I became better. Becoming 1% better each day provides massive dividends over the course of months, years, etc. I want to be a tool to keep you motivated, stay the course, and to be at your best!

Why Train With Me

I feel as if I’ve seen it all and have worked with some of the best people in the fitness profession. I’ve trained big time athletes at the professional level all the way to 7-8 year old kids learning how to move efficiently. I initially wanted to do physical therapy so I provide pre-hab exercises to keep my clients healthy year round, and try to incorporate these into my clients programs. If you want someone who's motivated by the science of exercise to drive your workouts, I'm here.

My favorite workout is a pull day. What better muscle groups to build strength, back, and posture.

Healthy food I love

Salmon is the key to my heart. Throw it in rice, or as a poke bowl, with a veggie like asparagus.

Beets have to top this list, they can taste good but usually have to add a lot of unhealthy for that

I competed in power lifting against Jalen Hurts and was in a Wall Street Journal article for it.
