Meet Coach Touleen

My Mission

I have been an athlete my whole life! I have had my fair share of trainers and coaches throughout where I felt myself losing motivation and love for my sport, and trainers that have always known how to push me and inspire me to want to excel on my own accord. I am now trying to do and be the latter! I love being able to provide a positive environment where people can thrive, and not just achieve goals, but also create a lifestyle that they can maintain. My main goal is to always be able to build a body you're proud of and a body that matches the values you prioritize. I made a decision during 2020 to leave the corporate world to pursue fitness full time after realizing I was not as fulfilled as I thought I would be, and I have not looked back since! I am now in a place where I am comfortable, knowledgable, and excited to see what this world has in store for me!

I have been an athlete since I was 6 years old, and will always remember the trainers and coaches that actually helped me vs. the ones that did not. I have perspective and experience that can be applied, and I will always bank on my people skills to motivate and hold people accountable because they want to, and not because someone is forcing them to do something they do not want to do!
