My mission is to provide a path towards physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual improvement. To create a community of like-minded individuals who help each other improve, and find connection and meaning. The best part is it can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and with minimal resources. My motivation because I faced multiple injuries in college, with the most significant being a torn labrum and rotator cuff. Trying to rehabilitate my arm and perform at the next level forced me to research a lot about the training process. From the injury, I had to deal with the yips multiple times because of arm pain. At my lowest I had spend time in the hospital for depression and anxiety. Physical training is one of the greatest ROI for your health and well being in order to live your best life! That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help people with the biggest domino there is: holistic health practices! I have a saying “Feed The Wolf” it’s about making little choices everyday to be your best
