I believe that when it comes to training, a good support system is one of the most important factors for improving (especially in a healthy way!). That is why having me as a trainer would be so beneficial. I always try to keep a positive mindset about fitness, and create the best environment for each individual. While it is 100% possible to make gains on your own, I am also able to provide accurate, scientific methods of training through my academic knowledge that is not readily available online
My favorite workout has to be a lower body resistance training session at the gym!
I love making stuffed bell peppers with ground turkey and quinoa, and my favorite snack is seaweed!
I will never understand kale salads! I also don’t like Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes

I am almost always listening to classic rock and rap when I workout, it makes me feel unstoppable!
People are always surprised when I tell them I’m a huge gardener! I love growing my own produce!
