At the early age of eight as an amateur wrestler, I began my lifelong journey into the world of fitness and training. When I turned eighteen, I turned that passion into becoming a personal trainer. It has been one of my many joys to be able to transform people’s lives through fitness especially when they see the results that they believed were not attainable. I relish in the ability to motivate others to stay disciplined through individualized workouts using different routines, techniques, and nutrition (when needed) to assist others to reach their goals. The process of changing clients physical and mental state for the better is my reward.
Teofilo's mantra
As a certified trainer since 2017, every client I have encountered expresses their appreciation regarding the uniqueness of my workout style and strategies. Instead of incorporating the basic 3 or 5x 12’s, I incorporate a variety of workouts that shock the muscles depending on the client’s goals (hypertrophy, fat loss, strength rehabilitation, imbalances, beginners, etc.) This is just one of the many methods I incorporate to address each individual and their specific needs.
