As a trainer, I really want to take a look at a clients lifestyle and work with the client to break the barriers that are limiting them from reaching their fitness goals. Woking with me, I am willing to give each client a 100% and give each client their own personal plans based off of their needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Any day that I get to be in the gym is a good day, but leg day is the best day!
My favorite meal of the day is breakfast, which always includes eggs.
