My 28 year-long career in education as well as my 10 years of experience leading adult exercise classes provide the skills needed to help others.
My favorite workout is a 3 mile run/hike at our local park with my daughter and our silly dog.
My family eats a lot of salmon, lean proteins, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and roasted veggies.
I really don't like yogurt. I'm not crazy about eggs, and please stop with all the coconut!
