The internet has a lot of great information but it also has a lot of conflicting and incorrect information. I can attest to this because when I started my own fitness journey I was trying everything I saw on the internet. I had no idea what I was training for, I just knew that I wanted to look and feel better but the conflicting information I was using was getting me no where. I would like to save someone that confusion and headache and get them actual results right away.
Crushing weights is my favorite past time! Just give me a barbell and a rack of dumbbells.
