Long lasting results are often achieved through small changes and habits instead of drastic lifestyle overhaul. Most trainers today are not practical with clients. I'll treat you like a person! It's about progress not just results! The results will come with time, developing a relationship with fitness lasts a lifetime.
I train full body. I start with compound lifts first. Then hit back, shoulder, arms. Finish w/core!
Fresh fruits, nuts, hard cheeses, grass fed meats, salmon, avocados, spinach, oats, some veggies ;)
Kale and really dark bitter greens, endive, radish.
