I was a student in exercise science at UCCS, a gymnast for 10 years, a physique-focused lifter for 4, and have played every major sport (except baseball). I currently do calisthenic exercises to improve my flexibility, daily energy and ability in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have a deep, well-rounded knowledge of many aspects of exercise and fitness, not simply bicep curls and bench press; but I also am knowledgeable on and recognize and appreciate the world of bodybuilding.
I love doing dynamic warmups into an explosive weight training routine, and cooling down with cardio
Greek yogurt, fruits, granola, oatmeal and nut butter, turkey, rice, and a good cup of black coffee!
Broccoli, Brown rice, all forms of salmon, and anything that isn't seasoned to the max!

I'm a huge nerd and love anything video game related, I know programming languages, and can do flips
