Given my education in health and nutrition, there is quite a lot of misinformation on the internet and social media platforms. There is sometimes a negative connotation when it comes to diet and exercise, and people tend to focus on what they CAN'T do or eat, etc. My coaching style focuses on positive language and behaviors - what CAN we do or add to enrich our lives. My MPH also focused on behavior change theories, which is important in the process of helping someone reach their goals.
