As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Personal Trainer, and Herbalist, I've made it my mission over the last 4+ years to gain the education, experience, and qualifications necessary to strategically put together holistic health and fitness programs for women that result in life-changing transformations. I love working with my clients on their own wellness journeys and seeing what fresh new possibilities, opportunities, and perspectives they open up for themselves - just by making a commitment to their health and wellbeing. When we work together, as your health coach, I will believe in you and make an intense commitment to your success.
