They should train with me because I have been through this journey and still am going through it. I lost 80 pounds with the help of amazing coaches and I have continued on my journey by gaining muscle mindfully and healing my relationship with food. I have also learned how to use fitness and nutrition as a way to help heal my mental illness and help those around me struggling as well.
My go to workout is either lifting weights in the gym or at home as well as a nice long walk!
