I won’t let you walk alone. Finding information online seems great, but there may be things you don’t quite understand. That’s where I come into play. I’m a message away, any time of day, and won’t ever leave you on your path alone. I will cheer for you when you’re feeling down, & will always be in your corner. My go-to workouts are TABATA’s!!! 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, about 6-8 rounds!
All the protein. Chicken & Steak with rice and vegetables. Protein shakes, protein desserts! :)
