As a personal trainer, I have the opportunity to work closely with my clients, getting to know them on a personal level, understanding their goals, motivations, and challenges. Building strong relationships with my clients allows me to better understand their needs and tailor their fitness programs to help them achieve their goals in a way that works best for them. It also allows me to provide emotional support and accountability to help them stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey. Seeing my clients become not just physically stronger, but also mentally stronger and more confident is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I am grateful for the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with my clients and help them achieve their goals while also making a positive impact on their lives.
Sharan's mantra
Having intrinsic motivation is train is great, however, I want to be able to teach individuals who do not have that to grow that type of motivation and help them find joy in training. Being a trainer is more than just teaching them how to workout, we can expand our role to provide them tools to benefit them in their entire life not just the physical side.
