Because I am easy to talk to and I have the knowledge and experience to guide people through difficult parts of their training. When things get tough for the client I would be able to help from past experiences in my own training to answer any questions they may have. Another big reason is accountability, as your coach I will hold you accountable so that we can reach your goals faster!
My favorite go to workouts are interval based, they are great for building muscle and fat loss!
I love all sorts of foods, I believe in moderation so there are no "bad" foods in my opinion.
Not a big fan of green beans for some reason.
