Having a DPT degree is very helpful when It comes to training clients as I know exactly what specific exercises are good for each age group and which exercises people should not be performing at all but they have trainers still teaching It. I also look for compensation during exercises and watch people more closely since that is what I have to do as a DPT. I also have a Bachelors degree in Sports an Exercise Science for Human Performance.
Glute && hamstring day is my favorite workout day. I always do cardio and strength training each day
Spinach (sauteed), Broccoli, ground turkey, cauliflower rice, cauliflower mash potatoes, greens.
