I believe it can be difficult to find trainers who are older and relatable. It was difficult for me to find my trainer because I was looking for someone my age whom I could relate with. I'm a single mom of teenagers and I'm in my 40's. I understand the struggles! I don't just focus on workouts and nutrition with clients, but diving into deeper health and behavior change with small attainable tasks that help build consistency and lead to a sustainable healthier, longer and stronger lifestyle.
