My mission is to help clients feel strong and confident in their bodies, building healthy habits that will help them for the rest of their life so that you can be that 80-year-old crushing it on the tennis courts and leading the mall walking groups. I know what it's like to be uncomfortable in your own body. I spent years drinking in excess, restricting my food, and punishing myself every time I ate something I thought was 'unclean.' One day I decided enough was enough and I made some major lifestyle changes. I now live every day eating what I want, moving how I want and I've never looked or felt better. If I can do it, you can do it. I'm going to help you get there and we are going to crush your goals, and have fun doing it!
