I have the unique angle of working in physical therapy so although I don't intend to treat outside of my scope of practice, I can offer sound advice for training depending on ability level and recovery timeline. If the client and I are a good fit, then that's already a big reason to train with me. I could be the smartest, most experienced coach in the world, but if the client doesn't connect with me, the training isn't going to be as meaningful for them and we need meaning to create habits.
