Fitness is so much more than what we do with our physical bodies. Rather, I think there is a huge psychological component to our health that can greatly be guided and enhanced through connection with a trainer. My background in psychology adds a depth to my training style that I feel allows me to speak to the whole person, connecting the mind and body for overall wellbeing.
