I have 10 years experience as a NASM Personal Trainer, I also am a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. Lastly I also can work with athletes because of the CSCS knowledge I have obtained.
Because I will be there for you during all the highs and all the lows. I want to get to know you in more ways than just the client/trainer relationship, because I know that people don't care about how much you know, until they know how much you care. I have a servant heart, and helping people achieve a small victory is what I strive to do everyday.
