I have a broad range of experiences in Body weight training, as well as experience teaching individuals, or groups. I am a partner in training, mixed with a boot camp drill sergeant. I will make you sweat, I will make you work, but I will make you enjoy it!
I love an around full body workout, then some weights, some resistance, stretching and Tai chi !
