I am energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness, I have a ton of fun with exercise. I have a broad range of experiences in Body weight training, as well as experience teaching individuals, or groups. I am a partner in training, mixed with a boot camp drill sergeant. I will make you sweat, I will make you work, but I will make you enjoy it!
