I first got into fitness and strength training as a young athlete training for football. I wanted to become the best and strongest version of myself. After years of chasing and repeating that dream, my body began to break down - a result of too much too quick. As I continued through college and kept learning about the methodologies and science behind strength training and programming I decided it was time to use my education to fix my joint pain and problems and turn this ship around. That led to my dayjob working as a Sports Performance Coach and Exercise Specialist working with not only athletes but General Population clients helping them achieve a better life. Wheather it is weight loss, increase balance and mobility, or to just become a better version of themselves - it has been very rewarding and I want to continue to provide that support to as many people as possible!
