I think because of my experience of being a previous athlete, my passion for fitness and I always make it a priority to check in with my client's mental health because that does play a big role in fitness. I also bring high energy and will bring variety to my workouts so people don't get bored with their workout routines while catering to client's health concerns and fitness levels.
