Meet Coach Rosemarie

My Mission

I overcame my own personal battles with being overweight and out of shape for most of my life, and got myself certified in fitness and nutrition. For a solid 20 years, my mission has been to help high achieving, busy career women to finally make their health a priority and feel good about their bodies and appearance again. I provide expert accountability and support so they can achieve consistency with fitness and nutrition habits that fit their lifestyles. With a ton of competing priorities that always seem to get in the way, I am committed to empowering them with the same holistic approach I used to feel less stressed and much happier in mind, body and spirit. I'm a firm believer that success begins in the mind, so I offer a plethora of tools to help them create new habits of thinking, eating and working out that will help them manage stress and love the bodies they're in.

I inspire my clients by helping them to focus on their wins so they feel accomplished and see progress not problems. My approach is hands-on and thorough. I'll send articles to educate and inspire and make myself available between workouts for questions and challenges. I also love sending them additional workouts (homework), so they can work on the trouble spots like arms, lower abs and inner thighs.

    I'm the Queen of Variety, so I love Whole Body HIIT Workouts with a nice mix of Cardio and Strength.

    I love gluten-free organic oatmeal. I spice it up with cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter.

    Hmmm tough one. Can't think of any! I won't eat it if it doesn't taste good, so I'll find recipes.
