I will foster independence while teaching clients what exercises they are doing and why, not just putting them through the motions. I will teach them how to advocate for their health, and how to tend to their body daily through movement, stretches, and nutrient dense foods. I am personable, excited, and I NEVER make anyone feel bad about where they may be on their health journey, or what their fitness level is.
I love yoga, resistance training, weight lifting and riding my bike. I love feeling my body work.
I love grabbing all the veggies, a protein, and some rice to whip up quick and easy stir-frys.
I don't love factory farming- so most meats are not my go to.

People are surprised to learn that I have scoliosis which does effect my workouts. I also had lyme.
