My mission is to help clients transform their health through consistent actions in the direction of better health and fitness. It's about progress, not perfection. Life will always throw you curveballs. So, the key is to build well-established habits that become deeply ingrained so that short term goals and long term goals are both attainable. I will guide you every step of the way. I have had ups and downs in my own health journey. I learned how my own body responds to both exercise and nutrition. Everyone is different. And everyone has different preferences. I know the nagging feelings of guilt and lowered self-esteem ever-present in the background when we are not on the right path.
