I believe that my training style and knowledge sets me apart from most trainers. I have a background in numerous styles of training as I have trained with numerous styles. I have bodybuilded since I was 19. While training as a powerlifter for a bit. I played college baseball and have written numerous programs for athletes and the one benefit of training in a corporate gym was learning how to train the general population more. Plus my clients would be getting someone that puts their everything into health and fitness and lives by the words that he preaches.
Since 2018 I've trained as a bodybuilder so very big on lifting heavy weights.
Any kind of meat, rice, potatoes, oats, all fruits, eggs and veggies!
