My experience precludes a learning curve on how to utilize a video platform to direct, watch and ensure a conservative approach to training to promote a safe environment while still realizing fitness gain.
I utilize a protocol of moderate weights, high reps, no rest intervals Wkt followed by a cardio Wkt.
No processed foods, I rely on fresh produce, fish, lean poultry, or beef, with complex carbs.
Whole wheat pastas, and overly, naturally sweet dried fruits, e.g. raisins.
