One of my favorite things to do is to design programs. I focus on the individual, their goals, their abilities, their limitations, and create programs that are safe, progressive, and FUN! To give you an idea of who I am: My son was describing one of his college professors and said "You know mom, he reminds me of you. He is contagiously positive. I just can't be in a bad mood around him." That is what I use in my training. My clients WANT to see me and rise to my challenges.
I love strength training because as we age strength is so important to metabolism & fat reduction.
I love soups & stews made with healthy ingredients in the winter. In the summer I LOVE watermelon!
Raw AVOCADOS, and yes, I get it, that it is weird but true. Even weirder I do love guacamole.

That I was not "born this way." I have to work just as hard as anyone to stay on a healthy program.
