I possess over 20 years of experience in education, sport, and the Health and Fitness Industry. I have a bachelors and masters in Exercise Science, along with another graduate degree in Higher Education which allows me to better teach the fundamental movements of Human Movement/Performance. This knowledge has given me the opportunity to coach on every level from little league softball athletes ranging from ages 8 - 16, to professional football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and track athletes.
