Working out to me is fun and is something I can reassure my clients that it will be for them,not only will my clients have a good time but will look forward to taking the journey one step at a time. By changing their lives in a healthier/productive way. Holding them accountable and also energized to want to continue on the right path to physical fitness. Is a great leg/glute day. I love heavy weights and pushing myself whenever I train my lower body.
Any whole foods and high protein. Especially a big plate of steak, green beans, and brown rice.
I’m not really a picky eater but, anything that has chickpeas I cannot get myself to eat.
