I first met with a trainer at 16 years old and I had a bad experience. It was not fun and it made me hate the gym for a long time. After a while, I got back into lifting weights and getting comfortable again. I started training a few friends and realized I loved helping them reach their goals and teaching them how to have fun at the same time! I decided to get my training certificate and turned this into a career. I want everyone to find a form of fitness that works for them. If you do not like what you are doing, you are not going to stick with it! So find what works for YOU. Everyone is very different, there is no one that is the exact same. Everyone will have different goals, different body types, different ideas, etc. I am here to help YOU figure it out and guide you through the gym and your workouts to make them as fun and as safe as possible.

I am here to guide you to what ACTUALLY works, not what a fitness influencer is selling with no credentials. Free workouts from Pinterest can help for a bit, but after a while, you will start to not see any changes. That is when you need a push from a coach to help you train harder, and smarter. That is where I come in :)
