I can provide customized workout plans that can change through a client's fitness journey to help adapt them to any struggles. Clients will have the ability to communicate with me through text/phone so I can answer their concerns or questions in a timely manner I am a very sport-specific coach who has trained many athletes that play rugby, volleyball, track, basketball, football and soccer. However, I have also trained other clients with more basic fitness goals such as losing weight. I have trained clients as young as 12 and as old as 70. I can adapt to whoever I train and their needs. While it's easy for clients to google workout plans, I provide solutions to all their fitness goals. I make a customized plan that works best for them, and all they have to do is commit to it. As they move on through their journey, they might hit a few roadblocks (injuries, lack of time, no gym access etc.). I will then provide my clients with solutions that will help them keep going on their journey, and achieve their goals.
