My Mission

My mission is to help people develop and maintain a healthy relationship with exercise and food. As a lifelong athlete, there were definitely times when my efforts were excessive and at an unhealthy, unsustainable level. I want to teach people how to reach their goals while still enjoying their lives. Fitness should enhance people's lifestyles, not completely dominate them!
