Meet Coach Peyton

My Mission

I believe that everyone who is able to train should train. Having a strong body will undoubtedly lead to a stronger mind, and a stronger mind leads to a better life overall. Lessons you learn in the gym will stay with you forever, and I want as many people to be in the gym as possible. Our society today suffers from terrible health and something needs to change and I believe it starts in the gym. By becoming consistent and disciplined in the gym good habits will carry over into other healthy choices and likely snowball into you becoming your best self. In short, my mission is to train others to become stronger. Building muscle and building a total are my passions in the gym and I absolutely love powerlifting.

I specialize in powerlifting and muscle building. I have knowledge in strength training regardless of sporting background with my Westside Barbell Certification. Being certified in using the Conjugate Method is not very widespread yet.
