A client should train with me because I am well versed in the field and have experience on all ends. I have been unmotivated to exercise and eat healthily and have found ways to overcome. I am also a Division I athlete, so I have trained under high-level circumstances. Motivation is key to fitness, when someone finds a way to enjoy the process they will ultimately reach and maintain their goals. I strive to provide that to each of my clients.
I love a good HIIT workout! Building a good sweat and feeling accomplished doing so!
I am a sucker for fresh fish and vegetables. Salmon with asparagus is my favorite meal!
