I can be there for them 24/7 if they have questions or just someone to lean on for support. I can adjust protocols depending on their situation and will make sure they are using proper form with each lift to reduce Injury rates. My goal is to make every client their best self and hype them up every step of the way. I will be their accountability partner and trainer.
My favorite workout is definitely resistance training. Back and biceps are my favorite to train!

Legs used to be my favorite muscle group to train, but now it’s my upper body!!
