This entails guidance in exercise (anaerobic and aerobic), proper client relationships, dietary info, and optimal biomechanics implemented into every workout to maximize results. There is an abundance of information online (some being false). This can be confusing and overwhelming for someone who is not well versed in the field. It is my job to deliver the right info in digestible fashion.
My go-to workout would be an intense chest/back day in the weight room.
